I am  a Register of Exercise Professionals certified level 3 Personal Trainer and member of the UK Strength & Conditioning Association. This means I am commited to professional development, practice evidence based training and intervention and subscribe to thier high standards of best practice.

My passion for health, exercise and fitness and desire to understand how we can best develop any of it's components drove me towards a career in the fitness industry. This began by completing a degree in Applied Sports Science (Exercise Physiology) and I have spent over 10 years both implementing the knowledge this gave me and further developing my professional skills and understanding.

I have worked with clients in areas such as exercise programming, weight management, injury rehabilitation and sport specific training to name just few. Over the years I have worked with a variety of individuals at levels ranging from stroke rehabilitation to international sports level and I am currently also a Strength and Conditioning Coach at a national sports level.

I believe in a professional and friendly approach to Personal Training and aim to make sessions an educational experience as well as a physical training session. By working together we can create the best training plan and support programme to achieve your goals and maintain results.
