My passion for health, exercise and fitness and desire to understand how we can best develop any of it's components drove me towards a career in the fitness industry. This began by completing a degree in Applied Sports Science (Exercise Physiology) and I have spent over 10 years both implementing the knowledge this gave me and further developing my professional skills and understanding. I have worked with clients in areas such as exercise programming, weight management, injury rehabilitation and sport specific training to name just few. Over the years I have worked with a variety of individuals at levels ranging from stroke rehabilitation to international sports level and I am currently also a Strength and Conditioning Coach at a national sports level. I believe in a professional and friendly approach to Personal Training and aim to make sessions an educational experience as well as a physical training session.
